Course Description

This course introduces learners to the fundamental relationship between form, space, and aesthetics in design. It explores principles of balance, harmony, proportion, and rhythm across 2D, 3D, and spatial contexts. Through studio exercises, learners will experiment with scale, volume, and visual perception. Emphasis is placed on developing aesthetic sensitivity and critical analysis of design compositions in art, architecture, interiors, and products. Assignments include conceptual models, sketches, and spatial compositions. By the end, learners will gain the ability to articulate and apply aesthetic principles to create meaningful, visually engaging, and contextually relevant design solutions.
