Course Description
This course introduces learners to Design Thinking as a problem-solving methodology rooted in empathy, experimentation, and innovation. Learners will engage with the five stages—empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test—through hands-on projects and case studies. Emphasis is placed on user-centered design, collaborative ideation, and iterative prototyping. The course encourages critical reflection and creativity, preparing learners to tackle complex challenges across domains. By applying design thinking strategies, learners will learn to balance functionality, feasibility, and desirability in solutions. The course equips them with adaptable skills for innovation, making them effective contributors in design, business, technology, and social impact contexts.
