Practical Ethnography For UX -I

This course introduces ethnographic research as a practical and powerful approach to understanding users, contexts, and behaviors in real-world settings. Students learn how to observe, interpret, and translate human experiences into meaningful design insights. Through hands-on fieldwork and case studies, the course bridges social research methods with user experience (UX) design practice to inform more empathetic, inclusive, and context-aware solutions.
